    Did you make sure that you created a graphics hex file as well as a ethernet hex file and then combine them and install them. I ran into that problem and forgot to combine both and after i did it fixed it from the symptoms you were explaining. Hope this helps. Maybe not....

    The memory fix is installing the kext "APPLESMBIOSEFI.kext" in the KEXT Folder. You are gonna have to install that through OSX86Tools. Hope this helps.
