I turned on extended display from the CCC instead of in Windows and I don't seem to be getting the framerate issues anymore. Maybe that's something for Leet0nee to try. I'm running 2 identical 1080p displays.

I registered purely to comment that I am getting the exact same issue. I have a 7950 and I just added a second monitor and am noticing significant framerate drops in minecraft, flash videos and VLC. Without the second monitor, it is fine. In most other games, I don't notice a difference. I...
