    To All- I found a way to do it using Norton Ghost 2003,, you have to burn to a bootable CD or DVD though... Cheetah, thanks for your help!!

    it's not a jumper setting on the maxtor drive?? ( sorry if this was too obvious of an answer)

    Cheetah - But if the drives are already set up in a RAID 0 Array, doesn't that mean windows recognizes the Raid Drivers...? My thinking is, if the BIOS has already configured the RAID 0 array, then won't windows see it as a normal hard disk to image to..? I've already got the OS and drivers...
