Thanks for the info and I RMA ed it. It has been acting funny for about 2 weeks and the write speeds have been really slow compared to when I first bought it. Something was obviously wrong but coming from the magnetic world I was not sure if there was something I did not know out there to fix it.

I just followed the AS instructions yesterday vs the thermalright instructions and lowered my temp scores by ~14C+. I might be that the water block I am using had problems setting on the CPU but using the AS instructions I saw a significant drop in temperatures. The older method always worked...
