    I just ordered a gigabyte gtx 1080 for $499 and should be happy with that awhile.. The Ti is a lil too much lol.

    Seasonic or Corsair would be a good choice IMO.

    Yep any seasonic would be great or go for a Enermax or Kingwin if you are looking for the Platinum 80+ to help save on your power bill.. Also any Higher end Corsair PSU's are good as well.

    PSU bad or replace power strip?

    Try power strip first, then try out a new PSU. Also try it in a different outlet and if you have 7+ things plugged into the power strip, might want to try and unplug anything not needed.
