Right, no 64-bit version. I ended up plugging one of the sata drives directly into the motherboard and it booted into windows without the error. I tried the same thing on the other drive and it still gets the error. I think I'm going to run this server on the good drive without the SATARaid...

The thing is that nothing looks unusual in post and the SATARaid controller shows the mirrored volume correctly. Also, the error message mentions 'attempting to load x64 operating system', but I don't have a 64 bit operating system on this box and I'm not trying to install one.
