I have a Shuttle XPC SS51G Barebones system with a FS51 motherboard and a corrupt Phoenix BIOS D686 chip. I can't even get into the BIOS - I tried everything such as clearing CMOS, proving all the other components, etc. I was hoping to flash the BIOS but that is impossible at this...

I just got my hands on a Barton XP 2500 (AXDA2500DKV4D) processor. I was wondering if anyone has suggestions for a good overclocking motherboard to pair with it. I heard the Abit NF7-S v2 is the board to get, if you can find one. Any other boards I should look at??

Did you install any special VIA drivers for video or sound? I also ran ubuntu 6.10 live and had problems with native linux sound and video. I noticed there are a few linux drivers on the ASUS website - will they work on ubuntu or SUSE ??

I have XP Pro, Vista & Ubuntu on a drive with multiple partitions, using GRUB bootloader. I would like to clone the setup on to another drive for backup purposes, just in case something goes wrong. Do you guys have any suggestions as to how this can be done?
