Yo are running your memory on a divider to get it to post....that isn't a good sign for your memory...you should be running it ar DDR400 so you have a 1:1 memory/CPU ratio.
You might, you might not...DFI doesn't have a "EZ-plug" for SLI...but your not using it anyway, so you might get away with it....either way, I'd buy a 24 pin PSU...I'm about to as well...most likely the PC Power & Cooling 510 SLI edition.
I can't be sure if this is true, but it has been said that AMD WANTS their dual-core solution to be socket 939 compatible initially for stiffer competition with Intel's dual-core offering (spend money only on the CPU and not a motherboard + memory). Maximum PC magazine has reiterated this...
I have had zero problems running my two 74gb raptors in RAID-0 on the Asus SLI board...my guess would be that you shouldn't have any problems either...but with the onslaught of HD detection problems going on, I can't say for sure that your HD will work flawlessly...although it is worth...
That's great! I hope you can hit some high numbers....did you get the SLI or the Ultra...I know a bunch of people here got their Ultras, but perhaps not an SLI version. I do think these boards will do considerably better 1t but not to the extent people think they will...but you never...

By the way, I'm new here...have been a long-time member over at the Commport at Delphi(Maximum PC's original forum)...I got that Asus board that everyone here is pissed...
