Well it's already damaged for sure after trying so many bits in it. This HDD is gone anyways, I want to extract PCB and sell it on ebay and destroy the disk to prevent data.

I've tried all none of them can open it. I don't have Phillips so I suspect it's Phillips.
Torx are star shaped. These screws are cross shaped. See the image. They look like Frearson screws https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_screw_drives#Frearson or may be Phillips?
