Glad it helps somebody out. Only two things have changed in that list to get it to 3.75ghz so far.
1. CPU Host Frequency = 417
2. DDR2 OverVoltage Control = +0.1v
Everything else is still the same.
Well even though I need sleep I couldn't resist one more night of frustration. I shot for 3.8ghz but failed time and again luckily for me 3.75ghz was well in reach.

If I can get Prime to run...
I wouldn't think it would be the AS5 it sounds like even with 3 lines you put very little on like recommended. I paste it on myself and have the same temps running @3.6ghz under Orthos with a Tuniq Tower 120 heat sink.
I ran dual Orthos as someone asked me too. I believe to see what the core temps would be after 15 minutes.
All right well 3.6ghz is good enough for me at the moment. I'll still play with it some more but to be honest I don't even have any games that are pushing it at that speed yet. Thanks...
I tried 445 but couldn't get it to boot just kept cycling and resetting the bios settings. Took it all the way up to 1.45v before giving up for the night.
I'm not sure of the batch number. It was an oem and I didn't look before putting it on. Since I just bought it recently I would take a guess that it's from the later batches.
I'll up the ram later tonight in the bios and look through EasyTune in XP and see if it is there or at a lower voltage...
It seems to stay between 1.24v and 1.26v at idle. Though the 1.24v just seems to be occasional drop for a second or two.
I will have to try your suggestion tomorrow night with running dual Orthos and the other three programs as I just caught this too late here.
I will tonight say 5 hours from now. Currently I'm at work and hoping that Prime is still running when I get home instead of the system having restarted itself again.
Yeah I just worry because the programs and bios say one thing but it shows up lighter. If I lower the Vcore any further then 1.3v I get an instant crash within an hour or two. Even at 1.35v usually around hour 11 or 12 the system would do a reboot with Prime going.
The memory is at 2v currently.
I have to wonder if it's the board then? God I don't want to try an rma especially since the board powers up it will be a huge hassle to get them to accept and who knows what I will get back.
Riverhound777 was yours a rev1.0 or rev2.0?
I see I'm not the only one this high up with the voltages. After a bit of testing I found 1.35v in bios keeps it steady I just have to change it to 1.3v with EasyTune once XP loads. If I change it to 1.3v in bios it becomes unstable. Wierd no? Once it's changed in XP everything reads the...
