This board kind of sucks for overclocking. The highest I can get stable is around 285 FSB although I do have ****** PC3200 Value RAM. That was with setting my RAM to DDR333 too by the way. Right now I just have the FSB set to like 278 so I can get a 100MHz overclock and retain DDR400 speed...

Yup because when I loaded the BIOS for the first time it said version 1.1. It was also on the sticker too.

Yes. Mine shipped with BIOS version P1.10-11A or something like that and I simply plugged in my E6400 and poof it worked.

I have the same board and memory. I dabbled a bit in OCing last night and I was at 285 stable. I know that's not much but I haven't pushed it much beyond that. How are you doing?
