The Headerpin suppose to activate some BIOS functions and is not a must it seems. I got already a U3S6 Card in my PC and it works like a charm, though not compatible if I believe ASUS. ^^ Do I have to order and just see if it works?!...

I haven't tried because I don't have the problem, but seems there are drivers you can download, but most sites looks spammy, so I won't give you the link here. It is bit late to suggest, but because of conflicts and such it is usually suggested to laod the BIOS Defaults after you falshed them...

OK, that sounds like some other issue to me. You can do following 2 things: 1. Klick the unknown device, go to propterties /detials, and update driver, then let Windows search for the right one. It might take some time but Windows might find the correct driver on it's own. 2. You might need to...
