You have to have an audio cable that connects to the back of the cdrom drive and connects to the cd audio in on the motherboard. You can buy one at Comp Usa or Radio Shack for about $3.00. I do not have the system yet. I can't believe Intel would make a motherboard without the audio connector on...

poppagene, I am interested in getting the MSI board. What did you have to do to the backplate so everything lined up. Since the original motherboard didn't have any pci slots and the MSI does, did you have to modify the case or are there slots covers already there? Thanks!!!
