As mentioned by Magnus in the first reply-cleaning the headliner can make alot of difference.

Winterizing small engines...what do you do?

That is my procedure-I clean the under carriage and the drive wheels also. I take off the drive wheels and clean them too.Only because my father tends to abuse it a bit--Had to replace the transmission assembly a few years back. Transmission=Front axle driven by the belt-think of it as a rear...

Any idea what this noise is?

At 150k the auto tensioner and any idler pulleys would not be a bad idea.

Any idea what this noise is?

Possible rock/pebble/sand lodged into one of the serpintine grooves on the belt. Quick check=Non flamable brake clean or similar --spray the belt to hear if you can get the noise to change.

I'm pretty sure this is what's causing my car to run like shit **PIC**

As long as your testing pointed you in that direction and you found that wiring (It looks like it was done correctly) problem-good for you.

    Did I fubar my brakes

No leaks? Then you should not need to bleed (If you have leaks then they need to be fixed first). Your new pads may not be seated yet if you have only driven it a few miles. Usually scuff up new pads with some sand paper to take out the grinding marks-they seat rather fast, be it new rotors...

Replacing my intake manifold & valve cover gaskets

Just add a small length of hose and a nipple and connect it as it was, making sure what you added does not contact anything hot. It seems like the only reason it was designed that way was to keep the hose away from a very hot EGR tube. Not a nissan tech. but it doesn't appear to sreve any other...

Help identifying this Ford part that doesn't exist (a.k.a. Focus alternator fuse)

Not sure that I can help, but what year and where is this component located. It appears that there is 2 wires connected on the left, the third is not used, and and the fourth maybe constant power(as you stated above). Most ford part numbers have a "z" in there somewhere:)

help finding the right O2 sensor

A "LAZY" o2 sensor will cause some weird problems-won't kick a code so you have to monitor it live.

help finding the right O2 sensor

Just trying to keep it simple-engine RPM's come into the picture also.

help finding the right O2 sensor

Think about it- The 02 sensor is a fast acting sensor you see what it is doing at the time. With the PCM and 02 it senses/sees what is going through the exhaust and at what time ---so it can determine the cylinder that is skipping (starving/flooding). The computer works fast enough so that...

Anyone got any insight on PCM replacement on GM's? ('01 Cavalier)

Non active Mopar 8 years. GM 4 years. Independant 8+ years. As for the BCM and CAN I'll have to look.

Anyone got any insight on PCM replacement on GM's? ('01 Cavalier)

Doubt it will like having the PCM and BCM not jive, but I really don't know.
