Wow thanks for all your support guys! Ok so I downloaded Driver Sweeper, uninstalled ati drivers, run driver sweeper, (it did find some old nvidia drivers) removed all ati & nvidia software. rebooted and reinstalled ati drivers. Im now getting the kdbsync error again yay!! I think I will try...

Update: Fixed issue of "Kdbsync.exe" removed all ati drivers.etc re-downloaded software and installed. Still experiencing lower than expected performance :(
