s Thats not necessarily true. It could that the features had to be disabled because they are not ready/unstable yet. Gimped means it was disabled for no reason.

Power color is going to release the Devil card next week around the 22nd. It's said to be clocked at 1400 boost according to leaks so watch out for that one.
