First of all do you want to "upgrade" or start all over? If you want to upgrade then: Ditch the processor.... I don't know for sure what your board will do but I would get the fastest AXP you can get. (Probably up to 2100+) It won't give you a HUGE upgrade but noticeable especially in 3d games...

Thanks for the adice but I must not have been clear. The problem isn't stability. The problem comes when I go to reboot. It doesn't post (i.e. beep) on a restart. If I then shut off the power then it will run all day long..... I'm just looking for a fix for this. Thanks again!
