    Q9300 Q8200 or Q6600 for best performace/power consumption compromise

    Ok finally got it, just edited the title, dunno where that came from, a paste error I guess :) Going back to the topic, I won't be doing any OC or gaming, so integrated graphics would be fine. So if I went the "cheap" route, get a q6600 and get a new pc sooner, what would be a good cheap mobo...

    Thanks for replying myocardia, I don't get the moderators thing, what do you mean? Yes I agree with you about the 8200, I read about the lack virtualization technology and the smaller cache. As far as the motherboard, I'm mainly looking for low power consumption and low price :)
