hi, i have a 3200+ and a k8v deluxe mobo, will 2x512 kingmax pc3700 hardcore ram work?

will a couple sticks of 512 kingmax hardcore 3700 ram run on this mobo with a a64 3200+?

any suggestions? i will be using asus k8v deluxe and might overclock a bit but i don't want the hsf to be too loud =) also what memory is good for this processor for about 220 american? thanks in advance
