Signal strength bars are a very poor indicator of RF performance. The best and most accurate measure to use is the phones actual signal strength measured in -db. The lower the reading, the better signal (i.e. -78db) the closer you get to roughly -100db or so, some phones start having trouble...

Thanks for the response UNCjigga. One more thing if you don't mind, what are your thoughts on the size of this phone. I am an active person and work as a firefighter (protect it from moisture, temperature extremes etc.), but I take my cell everywhere, to the gym, running, walking, working...

Can't believe that no one has asked this yet, how does it work as a PHONE?? Call quality/clarity, earpiece volume, RF performance, speaker etc....
