There's a Java applet at http://www.smartmoney.com/si/tools/fundfees/ that I'd like to print. It displays pie charts that change according to parameters selected by moving some slide 'controls,' but every time I try to print all this, but only the original screen is printed, not the screen that reflects the current positions of the 'controls.' Hitting the refresh button doesn't help and actually restores the pie charts to their initial conditions.

How do I print the applet, preferrably only the applet?

use print screen (the button) then open paint and copy the picture there.

you should just be able to press the print screen button, and then paste it into any program, even word. or what not...

Keep in mind that using PrintScreen doesn't actually *show* any type of response until you paste it into paint or (most) word processing apps. If you still can't get it to work, PaintShopPro (at http://www.jasc.com will do screen captures, as will many freeware apps out there (download.com, winfiles.com, etc etc etc).
