Yeah, but that still doesn't explain what looks to me like soldered bits on the back of that fob. What are those, and what does that have to do, specifically, with Bahrain sovereign wealth fund?

I know I'm not crazy in seeing those 4 nodes on the back that look like solder, connecting to what look like some workaround circuit (like someone modified a PS1, lol). It's not a McLaren design that I recognize...and uh it looks kinda garbage for a $500 piece of kit for a $200k car.

That's what I was saying in that post about why were the fobs hacked, what had to be soldered, or whatever.

I see lights over a dining table reflecting in the $500 automotive paint on the back of McLaren keys.

Edit: The second photo of the keys is after they were polished. Previous owner put light scratches in them.
