Suggestion: Allow supression of avatars.
I like being able to surpress signatures and keep that function turned on. I would also like to be able to surpress avatars if possible.
I would guess this is a feature of the software.

I think it used to an option in the old version but the latest greatest FT removed it
If you use AdBlock or a similar extension, use "
http://forums.anandtech.com/i/authorsicons/
*" as a filter. This will remove them.

Thanks for the link. I might try this but I would prefer to view AnandTech with the ads - I'm not paying to be here so viewing the ads is appropriate I think.
