The only reason that drugs like alcohol are legal is that it allows self intoxication which numbs th senses that therefore allows us to be dumb and taken advantage of to be quite frankly

the only reason that alcohol is legal is because they tried once to ban it, and failed miserably. Even if it was illegal, theres always Canada and Mexico....

The legalization of alcohol in the 1900s lead to way less consequences than legalizing marijuana would bring.

1. - There are a lot of cases of people getting violent after consumption of alcohol.
- When talking about the legalization of weed all the 'WEED BAAAAD!!1!' people get violent.

2. - Alcohol changes your state of mind, lowers your responsetime, you think you can handle more and drive/act more recklessly.
- Weed changes your state of mind, can lower your responsetime, does not make you drive more recklessly.

3. - To calm down a stadium full of drunk supporters you need several police units.
- To calm down a stadium full of high supporters you need one guy with a coloured flashlight.

4. - When people start drinking they often think they can drink more still, and drink too much.
- Overdose weed? Not much chance.

5. - Alcohol is a socially accepted substance for becoming anti-social.
- Weed is a socially not accepted substance for becoming social.

omg that's so true.

I always say that, if given the choice, I would feel safer with my wife alone in a room of 100 stoned men than in a room with 5 drunk men.

Sorry, alcohol is more damaging than weed but we still advocate one and not the other.

Society is stupid.
