so wait, i have until tomorrow to get my turkey ready..what's the best thing to marinate in overnight?

ive marinated our turkey in beer for many years. just brushing the beer on slowly.

now we use other stuff (forgot what it was) , but some years we still use beer. it tastes good! trust me.

Heh...

I think a liquid has to be like 80 proof or somewhere around in there before it will burn. So no, beer won't burn.

You could baste your turkey in Everclear for a week, but you aren't going to get drunk after you cook it and eat it...... lol

Alcohol = teh low boiling point.
