Default what are the best kind of gloves to get for working in a freezer?

I started working in the frozen food section at work and the one freezer is -3 degrees, the other -13. I'll be constantly handling extremely cold boxes and stuff, and working in there for a decent amount of time, so it's time to buy a good pair of gloves. What kind should I look for? I didn't think leather work gloves would be a good thing to get- but I may be wrong on that.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

I'd recommend some fleece lined leather gloves. They'll keep you warm and hold up for a good long time, and you may look into glove liners as well. They're basically thin gloves made from thinsulate or a similar material and help out in keeping your hands comfortable.

it isn't odd, it's walmart.

EDIT- actually, could this be considered a tax write-off? Since I need to purchase these to do my job?
