There have been tons of these lately though many major companies. My guess is they are getting some sort of credit for your signup through their linl=k. They never lead to a survey, and even if you sign up and login going to your surveys that are available, you'll find that the USA Today link you signed up from isn't one of the surveys in your available ones. That is, if you have any available at all. I think it's a rip.
