Yes, there most definitely would be. Sounds like they are OK.
Maybe a transmission bushing / bearing. Jack it up and put jackstands under the car. Where the CV shaft goes into the transmission see if there is a lot of play there. There will be some. This is normal and is nothing to worry about. You want to wiggle the shaft where it enters the transmission both fore and aft and up and down. Do it on both sides. Wiggle the joints in the shafts too.
You might have a bad joint in the CV shaft itself although the mileage seems low for that. (Low for a bushing or bearing too for that matter). They usually make a loud clicking in turns when they are bad.
Did the brakes look OK?
If you have the car solidly on jackstands, you can start it and put it in gear and with the tires turning see if you can hear anything. It's unlikely as you say it happens when turning, but it's simple to do when it's up like that.
