Rio's player's were the best. They were easy to use, sorta small, and have amazing sound quality. People still use them with new batteries and flash memory because of the sound.

Did anyone happen to see Good Morning America yesterday morning? They had two of them and the ladies were playing with them on the air. All the sudden one of them went "it's not working". She said it several times and apparently the touch screen quit working totally.

Problem was they had a joke set up where Matt Lauer calls the phone and shes supposed to answer it. They show her pressing the button several times and it won't answer the call!!! Matt was actually on the phone, but they had him Mic and live on the air also from London. He was sent to voice mail and they were all laughing because it ruined the joke.

Good Job Apple! Product crashes/breaks on live TV.

THAT's why I would never want a totally touch screen phone.

Yeah I saw it...I'm 50/50 on whether that was an actual problem with the iPhone or just Meredith Viera being a world-class moron.

Creative players have always been known to have superior sound quality to the Ipod.

My Creative Micro has far better sound than my wife's 2nd gen Nano. I do like the nano's interface and casing, and that's where Apple sells people, but the sound just isn't there.

They showed a close up of her pressing the face of the iphone and trying to answer. It looked like the interface had locked up. There was no response to her pressing the glass.

2 words: Rio Karma.

If it wasn't so big compared to modern players and the battery still held a good charge, I'd still be using it. Haven't found a single player that sounds better than it does yet.

Sorry, I thought it was GMA. My wife was watching it while getting dressed and I didn't notice what program. It's still pathetic that it quit working, lol.

First version can have some problem, it's expectable. I'm going to wait for 3 months when all bugs in the phone will be fixed. Anyway, Apple showed Microsoft how to do right phoones. Good job Apple, keep your hard working.

Meredith Viera is an idiot. My iPhone's screen responds like it should without any problems (knock on wood).

You haters need to put down those hater tots!!!

This won't void my warranty, will it?

So, did they put it back together?

Exactly when did Microsoft start manufacturing phones? Clueless.

Apple also stuck you with the EDGE network on AT&T, the absolute WORST (and slowest) network you could be on.

Enjoy!

It's called 'bleeding edge' for a reason. Unfortunately this is one of the few products, where the early adopters are not the powerusers, but newbies.
