Default Allow another computer to access internet through my computer?

I just got internet setup at a new place and don't have a router at the moment. I'm trying to share my ethernet connection with another computer, is this possible?

I tried using the Windows Network Setup Wizard to set it up.. it seems like it is supposed to do what I'm trying to do, but after setting it up, how do I have the other computer "connect" to get internet?
