Default How to login as a "Trusted Installer"

I am trying to replace a file and vista is not allowing me to do it even logged in as an Adminisistrator. It looks as if only this Trusted Installer account has access to it. I am trying to replace wordpad.exe.mui in case anyone is wondering.

You need to take "ownership" of the file.
