Thanks. It's hard but we are going to be ok. It's difficult to see a 60 year old man who was a bull last year reduced to what he is now.

Only 21 miles this week. Had a nasty GI bug. Tried to do 13.1 this morning, but lasted only 2 miles before my lower GI tract started to make itself known...Got home in time though.

sixguns, I think there was a consesus early on to disregard decimals in the mileage total. However, I ran 62.5 miles since I last posted, so I will include both since they add up to a whole number!
