Default Best Single-Slot Video Card?

What is the best single-slot card currently (or that will be shortly) available?

That card would still take up the slot next to it. It has a single-slot bracket, but the cooler is double width.

PowerColor had a single slot HD 6850. It was on Newegg but is discontinued.

If I'm not mistaken there is a 7750 card that only uses one slot.

Sorry about that. Other than a single slot 7750 like Skott said, I don't think there is any more powerful single slot graphics card.

Here's that single slot 6850 on Amazon. Rather expensive though.

That's going to take up two additional slots next to the video card.

As fast or faster than a 7750 in some games.

You can buy it here, but its not cheap: http://afoxbuy1.jimdo.com/products/s...radeon-hd7850/

Looks about $310-326 shipped depending on your payment method.

Yeah, for those interested its 210mm long with the bracket.

Ref: http://www.losias.net/showthread.php...ngle-Slot-7850

I wish it wasn't our only option though, I still don't see why there aren't any single slot 7770s like this 7750.

I'm guessing something stronger will come out once they get into the next gen series 8xxx or whatever they will call them.
