Default How can I get contacts FROM iCloud TO my iPhone?

I have no idea how to do this. My nephews erased my moms contacts on her iPhone, but she still has all of her contacts on her iPad. So I backed up her iPad contacts to iCloud...but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get those contacts i backed up (from the ipad to icloud) to the iphone.

Any tips? Thanks!

It says merge contacts. I definitely don't wanna merge the iPhone contacts with the iCloud ones. Well, I don't want those on the phone to get backed up to iCloud anyway. Should I delete all the contacts on the phone to prevent them from mixing? Unless merge means on the phone and not on iCloud, which is more likely, and in any case id wanna delete the phone ones to prevent a clusterfuck of numbers on the phone.
