What used Android phone are you recommending? VERIZON
A few months ago you all told me to get a G2 off of Craigslist.
What a great call! I have been pleased, and the price was reasonable.
A friend of mine needs to replace her Android. What is the current AnandTech craigslist favorite these days?
VERIZON is carrier

If she's near Converse, TX I have a nice Samsung Captivate for quick sale. Don't ask questions.

If she likes keyboards, the Mytouch 4G Slide is the best bet right now. Its essentially an upgraded version of your G2, that runs Sense on top of Gingerbread.

Might not be cheap, though. Honestly, the next best keyboard phone is still your G2 - or the Dell Venue Pro if she's willing to venture away from Android-land.

What a Samaritan you are.
OP the best craiglist option now depends on if she wants 4G. Yes- Thunderbolt. No- Droid X2.

I think it has an excellent speaker from my experience. I love the stand.

How do you move service over on Verizon? With other phones, the carrier info. is read from the sim card, but Verizon phones don't use them, correct?

Log into your account and do an ESN swap. Simple.

Their LTE phones do use a SIM card, but I'm not sure if they go with the phone or if they're swappable like the GSM SIM cards. Heard both. Need to find out for certain before I sell my T-bolt.
