Default Evan Williams Honey, any good recipes?

So for some reason I bought a bottle of Evan Williams Honey Reserve a month or so ago and since then have not touched it. It's much too syrupy-sweet for general consumption so I'm trying to figure out if I should dump it or use it in something. My first thought was that it might make a good steak marinade when mixed with something asian possibly? I seem to remember seeing a honey hoisin pre made marinade at a grocery store sometime...

Anyway, I'm curious if anyone here can recommend good food or drink recipes to use this stuff for.

Thanks!

Mix it with soda water. That'll give you the taste of a fizzy bar drink with less sweetness.

I don't generally like soda water in anything but that might work. I think I even have a bottle of club soda in the fridge...
