Default laptop lcd layer cracked behind screen

I can take a photo of this if needed.. but i'm lazy at the moment. so hopefully you can understand what i'm talking about without the photo.

but anyways..

yesterday I sit my laptop down to goto the kitchen.. but when I got up I tripped over the charger wire and it pulled the laptop off of a table and onto the floor. it hit on it's backside.. but it appears to have cracked the bottom left part of the screen. I rubbed my finger over the screen to feel the crack but there isn't one.. it's smooth as can be. I researched it a bit and found out that there is multiple layers in the screen.. so I'm guessing one of the layers cracked.. there's a few random color bursts like an ink explosion or something around the cracks.. but for the most part it's completely black.. just around it are the random colors. today when I woke up there were 2 more black spots at the top of the screen on the right corner (very small though in comparsion to the bottom one.) ..but anyways i'm afraid it's gonna continue to get worse and eventually half the screen will go black if not all.

my question is this.. is there anyway to fix this without having to replace the screen? I could honestly deal with the cracks if the black parts would go back to showing me what was actually on my desktop.. I'm not sure if they're dead pixels.. i'm assuming dead would mean black.. and stuck pixels would just be a random color. but not sure.

I found this: http://www.jscreenfix.com/ ..but you have to pay for it. which honestly i wouldn't mind if that fixed it. but i'm not sure what I have is actually dead pixels or what.

can anyone let me know if you think I can at least fix the black parts and just deal with the cracks? ..or am I just completely screwed.

If anyone needs to see an actual picture of my laptop I can take one.. but I figured the description would be enough to start on at least.

jscreenfix claims that it can compensate for small errors like single stuck/dead pixels, but it won't correct a cracked panel. You either need to deal with it (possible with a small crack, not so much with a large one) or replace the LCD panel.

I read another thread on here when searching for broken laptop screens.. and someone said he had a black spot when his broke.. but after a few days it went away.. you could see the crack still but no pixels were messed up.

a few other people posted and said with enough power and brightness of the screen they fix themselfs or something.. but some of the posts seemed sarcastic, so i dunno.

anyways here's a picture of my laptop screen.. I am dealing with it right now.. and i'll probably continue too.. unless it starts taking up the entire left part of my screen... it'd just be nice to get rid of the black part.. i can obviously deal with the crack.

The long and short of it is you need a new screen, there is no magical fix and it isnt going to get better on its own. Either use it with an external screen plugged in or buy a new laptop panel and fit it yourself or find someone to fit it cheap.

i'm just gonna deal with it then.

plugging it up to an external screen defeats the purpose of having a 10inch notebook
