Default How do I digitally sign a driver that is unsigned (Windows 7 64-bit)?

I did numerous Google searches and found temporary fixes and snarky comments from folks saying "just use a digitally signed driver"

Well, I have a Ducati Data Analyzer that hooks up to the USB port and Windows 7 64-bit will NOT allow you to use it because the OEM driver is not digitally signed and there isn't a signed version available. I have to press F8 and disable this enforcement every session and it shouldn't be this hard.

How do I hack or modify the libusb0.dll files (the drivers) to make them digitally signed and recognized? They work fine in Windows XP, even though they are not digitally signed.
