I have an ATI/AMD Radeon HD5450 in my computer and it is a passively cooled card. I was wondering how hot should the cards heatsink be? (Right now it is so hot that I burned my hand after touching it

I know idiot move)
but anyway that can't be good for the GPU chip I have a CM690 as the case and I have a 120MM fan on the side panel right where the card is (It is one of the POS fans the case came with)
So my final question is there a maxium temperature before meltdown (Like the TjMax for the CPUs) and has anybody rigged up a better cooling system for these cards?
Thanks
