Default IE9 - How to ...

I just started using IE9 instead of Firefox 4. It might be my imagination but IE9 just feels snappier than Firefox and I am slowly getting to really like its ultra clean appearance.

When I close Firefox it remembers what tabs were open and restores them when I restart it. How do I make IE4 do this too?

Is it possible to move the tabs so they appear below the favorites bar?

I don't think you can...MS stripped this feature in IE8, iirc. But IE remembers what tabs were open during the last session. Just click Tools->Reopen last browsing session. Or open a new tab and click "Reopen last session"

I don't think so.
