Keep adapters from disappearing from Windows 7 network and sharing center?

Any way to do it if an adapter is not connected to a network? I want to see all adapters all the time, not requiring to me go to Change adapter settings screen.

I might be very simple or just a registry hack, but I don't know how. I googled first.

I'm tired of switch to another screen to see all my adapters.
