you would imagine they would have to change their policy at some point if it gets out of control?
I asked a manager about this. He indicated that they deal with the abuse-ability of their policies on a case-by-case basis - that they will occasionally refund someone's membership fee and essentially boot them if a trend develops, but that they do not seek to punish the majority of their customers for the "sins" of a few.
I was impressed with what this guy had to say, impressed enough, in fact, to pay full retail for a 360 bundle from them.
