Looking for speakers thats properly shielded. Basically we got a bunch of blackberry 8700s from cingular and you know that buzzing sound when you place a blackberry close to speakers ?
Will spend up to 200 bucks but like to keep it under 100.. do not need anything fancy but will pay for quality.. thanks.. its a regular onboard soundcard.

no but you should find somewhere else to post this where theres more people who know about this stuff
And maybe you should go post where there are people who have nothing to contribute other than insults. May I suggest ATOT, or based on your posts, P&N.
SuperNaruto, are you just looking for magnetically shielded speakers?
I'm not really familar with the effect that your blackberries might have on speakers.
Yeah, what exactly are you looking for? I don't know if regular HT style speakers will be shielded enough for what you're wanting or not. It won't be too hard to keep that under $100. Just pair a Sonic T-Amp with some cheap (not necessarily bad sounding) speakers like the Polk R15s (Outpost/Fry's sells them for about $50 fairly often) or something like the Infinity Primus 150 that I think Circuit City sells for about $30 each every so often. Get a mini-pin to RCA cable to output to the amp and you're set.
