I still can't take screenshots while I'm moving the cube. If I ctrl+alt+click and move and hold it there, then press print screen, it'll do nothing until I let go of the cube, then it'll take the screenshot.

My exact procedure:
Ctrl-Alt+click->move mouse to desired spot->let off ctrl+alt->press print screen.
That works for me and it doesn't even knock me out of the cube. You could also set a timer with gimp and take a screenshot that way.

i burning an image of my ut2k4 dvd using alcohol, because i dont want my original to get scratched...
stupid imageshack was taking a truckload of time to upload...very weird, cause whenever i upload jpegs they go really fast.

Oh fvck you. You can actually get Compiz and XGL to work. I can't. ATI cards just don't work well. It's also because I have a 9000 series which makes things even worse because the OpenGL is just broken in the ATI driver.
