On a resume, what is a technical strength ? Is it something like a skill that I have used ?

I'm guessing a technical strength is a skill that can help you at your job, or put you above other people trying for the same job.

Technical strength = technical ability, technical knowledge, technical know-how, practical and/or educational ability that has to do with technical processes, etc.
