This key for your garage door. Does it activate the garage door opener? If so, just uh pry off the lock and hotwire the 2 wires together.

Call a locksmith.
Then order a set of picks from Northern Tool For the next time...................or make your own..
If you half ass know what you are doing you should be able to do it with a dental pick and a piece of flat thin metal both of which you can get at wallyworld........

References? Because I've bought sets in 2 states in retail stores and nobody has ever given a crap. One of them was actually in sporting goods at Wally World.
Burglary is illegal. Owning burglary tools..... Uhhh, so I can't own a brick? Or my foot?

Don't forget it's also illegal to be in possession of a rape tool. Gotta ditch that. Also, public intoxication tools as well, so sew your mouth shut. /sacasm
screw the cops, get teflon coated bullets so they go thru the vest. pigs can't do anything.
And make your own picks. it's easy. most household locks are not that good.

Taking your money for performing a simple task that any highschool dropout with a conviction for BnE can do. Just go to the skatepark, half the teens there can do it most likely.

Most commercial locks aren't very good, either. I know a lot of locks controlling secured areas that can be defeated in less than a second by a total n00b.
Elevator control locks are particularly bad. Fire override, floor access, restricted call, panel access, master on/off, all those locks are pathetic.
The locks on older PCs are more badass than those things.

Some interesting laws regarding lock picks:
http://www.digitaltrash.org/defcon/lockpick_laws.html
...in California, all you gotta do is prove that the intent is illegal for the device to be illegal. Including screwdrivers.
Section 468 is a bit... interesting.
