The packaging should have an expiration date printed on it.

Not that that's a drop-dead date or anything, but it should provide a reasonable reference point for you.

(Short answer, tho, is yes.)

How it was stored also makes a difference. Don't leave your meds in a hot car for a long time!

yes, but they don't lose their potency completely. you can still use prescription drugs for probably 2-3 years after their expiration date.

i speak from a family of doctors.
