Default APA Writing style: TOC before or after Abstract?

In the APA writing style, does the Table of Contents come before or after the Abstract? I know most APA papers do not have a TOC, but the teacher specifically mandated it.

I think it comes after, but I'm not sure.

I was thinking the abstract came before the TOC, but I don't know.

The abstract comes after the table of contents.

edit: Hmm... I misread that. It says title page, not table of contents :frown:

Ya, I even googled it, but nothing has a table of contents.

Default TOC After Abstract

Directly from the horses mouth, APA (http://apastyle.org/learn/quick-guid...0of%20contents). It's all about your instructor's preference. APA does not specify anything about the TOC, so you will need to inquire with your instructor.
