They try to...but most places contact ur doctor and if they dont hear back in like 8 or 10 hours..they'll fill it anyways.
I got mine at Contacts1st.com. If you really wanna be shady...give them the fax number to ur work or something. They'll fax a letter there to verify the prescription and if they dont hear back, they'll fill the prescription anyways.
never ordered contacts online, but are you telling me these guys call your doctor's office to verify the information that you gave them? why not just order with your doctor?
