Default Bruised ribs or pulled muscle?

I was goofing off with my girlfriend, and we basically decided to run down a sidewalk. Well, being that drunk people make all sidewalks in Bogota, it went from level to about 3 foot up, and I didn't see it. I fell face foward, but I broke my fall with my palms (no damage there as I was wearing a long jacket that covered my arms and hands) and rolled over on my side. No blood or bruises, but now right below my right pec is killing me. I can't tell if it is the muscle or the top of my ribs. I heard something pop when I rolled, but I don't know what it is. It isn't horrible, but mainly when I lift my arms or sit up in bed or in a chair.

I assure you that not a single sidewalk or road was built by a sober person in the entire city.

I doubt its broken. It's likely bruised. When you run your hand over where it hurts, if you feel a raised area it may be dislocated.

I took a huge shot to the ribs in a rugby game two weeks ago. It hurts a lot and it makes it really hard to do things like sit-ups. Still, I don't think mine's broken, so I really doubt yours is.

ATOT Medical team charges $300/min. Going to your doctor might be cheaper

Does it hurt when you take a deep breath? If so, it is probably a pulled muscle.
